Rental Management Services

If you are in the market to lease your property annually or seasonally I can provide you with professional rental management services.

When should I make reservations? Immediately. We do require a $1000.00 security deposit to hold your reservations and the deposit must be received 10 days after reservations are made in order to secure your rental unit.

What are the rental rates?
The rates quoted are for monthly rates. If your vacation would be 3 months or longer, inquire about our price break.


Will there be any sales tax?
Yes. Currently there is a 6% Sales tax and 5% bed tax in Lee County and 4% in Collier County that will be added to the rental rate. If you plan to stay 6 months plus 1 day, you would be considered an annual renter and the tax will not be applicable.
Who do I make the checks payable to? All checks should be payable to "South Florida Trust and Title.", where your money will be held in escrow until your arrival.  Sorry, credit cards are not accepted.   Mail payments to  Chris Casmirri at Keller Williams Elite Realty 24581 S. Where do I pick up the keys?
Keys can be picked up at Keller Williams Elite Realty 24581 S. Tamiami Trail Suite 1, Bonita Springs, FL 34135 or keys can be mailed to you in advance. Check in time is 3:00pm.

Where do I leave the keys upon departure? All keys must be returned to the office during business hours. Our office opens at 9 a.m. Also, there is a drop box at the rear of the office.

Upon departure, how should I leave the rental unit? All units should be left in the same conditions as when you arrived. The cost of cleaning will be around $150.00 to $250.00. All units will be professionally cleaned.
